Nutrition Challenge:

Last call for envelopes with money and goals.  These need to be turned in no later than Monday night.  If you are on the fence this is your last chance to commit!!

The elimination for Week 2 is the same as Week 1.  NO SUGAR!!  If you are craving a little sweetness in your life try some Simply Fruit by Smuckers in your Greek yogurt (sugar-free of course).  Applesauce is also great for curbing those cravings.

Be sure that you report your weekly point totals to your team captain no later than Sunday night each week.  “TRAMGI” has decided that we will not be counting  the 1st weeks points due to the fact that we are still waiting for everyone to turn in their envelopes and commit to the challenge. 

Time Changes for 7pm class and 6p kid classes ONLY – These two classes will be starting at 7:15p on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and 6:15pm on Monday and Wednesday’s to be consistent with the rest of the afternoon schedule. These changes start this week!
