5 Shoulder to Overhead 155/105, 125/75, 95/45
10 Burpees Over the Barbell
2 min of work 2 min of rest, 5 times

COOL DOWN/RECOVERY:

Accessory Work
Single-Leg Bridge- 4x 12 reps each side
Rest 60 seconds
Single-Arm Dumbbell Row- 4x 12 reps
Rest 60 sec
GHD sit-ups 4×12 Rest 60 sec
