Yoga – Friday at 10am – Sara B will be holding a 10a yoga class on Friday’s on a trial basis. This yoga class will be in addition to the Thursday 7p time.
Letrono CrossFit will be representing well at “The Rocky Mountain Classic” this weekend with 4 teams of 4 made up of 2 men and 2 women on each team. 16 of us will be heading down to Salt Lake City on Friday afternoon to start day one of competition and will finish up on Saturday evening. All four teams are representing as “Scaled as He!!”. Team White (Scott T, Mario, Coover, Grizz) Team RED (Boyd, Bender, Sara Bender, Mindy), Team BLUE (Justin M, TJ, Bailey, Jamie), Team GREY (Chad H, Jeff H, Sylvia, Julee B). We all have no shame in entering this comp as scaled teams, not RX or Elite. There are a few who this is there very first CrossFit Comp!! If anyone wants to come cheer the teams, the address is 6151 South Highland Drive, Holladay. Comp starts at 6p on Friday evening and again at 9a on Saturday with an estimated finish time of 7p.

Complete as many rounds as possible in 30 minutes of:
12 Walking-lunge steps
15 GHD sit ups/Ab mat sit ups
15 GHD Hip extensions/Barbell good mornings
5 muscle-ups/ 5 Strict pullups/ Dips

2x Front squat + 2x Push press @ 60% climbing only with good mechanics.
