Josh – Beast Mode

Body Fat Testing is taking place on Saturday, sign ups on the community board. This specific type of testing does not have certain requirements or restrictions prior to the test. Come as you are, even if it is mid WOD. :-) If you are in the challenge, it is a requirement and is part of  your $60 fee.

Dynamic Warm-Up-Mobility
Prepare for..

WOD: Complete as many rounds as possible in 30 minutes
800-meter run
25 Dumbbell Thrusters or Goblet Squat  35lb or green KB /25lb or blue KB etc
400-meter farmers carry, 35-lb. dumbbells or two greens/25lb or two blues etc

Cool Down

Competitors or athletes wanting to improve your Fitness level:
10 Minute EMOM
1 BB Bear complex + 20 Double unders @70% 1 RM C&J increase lbs if feeling it..
