P1 1 min Max cal Row
P2 1 min Max rep KB Russian Swing Red/Green Green/purple

–1 minute Rest– 

P1 and P2 will work at the same time, and then rest for one minute and switch places. Each partner will max row and max swing 5 times each.

*score is total cals and reps as a team 

* Scale accordingly to maintain good mechanics, consistency  and intensity through rounds.   Ask your coach for help.
